Jan Saunders, Home Staging is NOT Decorating!
(Room-Jr. Ballroom C-2 Hours)
Considered an indispensable marketing tool in cities across North America, staging a home for sale and interior re-design has been confined to high-end homes … until now. When staging a home for sale, sellers and agents MUST work harder to attract buyers. With so many homes on the market, staging a property gives you that marketing edge … and when you stage it using our green Eco-staging components, you have even more of an edge over your competing properties,” asserts Maresh. “But that’s not all. The strategies we use as professional home stagers can also be used when staging a home for living. Both processes refresh, reduce, and rearrange. The difference is that staging a home for selling takes the personality out of the space so the property appeals to a wide audience. Staging a home for living creates a space that functions better for the family and retains the personality in the room. I can’t wait to share my favorite strategies with your DIY audience,” stresses Maresh. During this 2-hour seminar you will:
- Learn the advantages if staging a home for sale;
- Understand how you can improve your lifestyle by staging your home for living;
- Feel better about your space by refreshing, reducing, rearranging;
- See the staging and redesign process of preparing any home regardless of price, size or location;
- Understand that home staging is an essential marketing tool to sell a home in less time and for more money;
- See actual before and after photos. Whether selling or staying, you will also hear the stories behind the improvements so you can go home and implement them in your own space. (Class Fee: $16)
